I’ve joined Allianz Partners as a passionate professional in quality assurance and customer satisfaction, having an experience of 8 years in outsourcing/offshoring services, acting as an expert in implementing quality processes, shaping and guiding quality and training teams, successfully supporting operations teams to meet client expectations, optimal performance and to transform customer journey into a pleasant experience.

I enjoy a good puzzle and at this point of my professional life, handling complaints and ensuring justice has been done for both the customer and my company is the best problem solving exercise.
