Team Provider Invoice Management Team handles the payment of service provider invoices and rebilling of costs to clients in the Roadside Assistance, Medical Assistance, Health and Travel Health sectors. Your responsibility is to communicate with the providers on the phone and via e-mail and to handle complaints.
• Communication with providers by e-mail and telephone
• Handling of complaints on the telephone
• Processing of requests from providers in the mailbox occasionally, as a part of a back-office activity

YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• In addition to your completed education, you ideally have your first experience in
assistance or a call center.
• German Level C1 written & spoken; further language skills are beneficial.
• You are a good listener and empathetic.
• In difficult situations, you remain calm and composed.
• You are resilient.
• Your strengths include communication and the ability to work in a team.
