Responsabilități principale:
- Monitorizarea în timp real a volumului de activitate și a KPI-urilor
- Ajustarea resurselor pentru menținerea nivelului de serviciu
- Gestionarea respectării programului de lucru al agenților
- Comunicarea constantă cu Team Leaderii și managementul
- Analiza datelor și realizarea de rapoarte zilnice
- Suport operațional și intervenție rapidă în situații neprevăzute
Cerințe
- Limba germană : nivel C1
- Limba engleză : nivel B2+
- Cunoștințe bune de Excel (formule, pivot tables, analiză date)
